Shipping & Delivery Policy

Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We know you’re excited to get your order — here’s the no-nonsense rundown on how we get it to your door.

1. How long does processing take?

Orders are processed (picked and packed) within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

2. What are my shipping options?

We offer two delivery methods, both handled by USPS and dropped at your mailbox or door:

  • Standard Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage: 4–7 business days, FREE
  • Priority Shipping — USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days, $6.95

3. Where do you ship, and when?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Deliveries occur on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). We do not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.

Peak Seasons & Promotions: Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak or promotional periods. Order early during holidays to avoid delays.

4. What’s happening with my order?

Here’s how to read your order status:

  • Order Placed: We’ve received your order and it’s awaiting processing.
  • Processing: We’re picking and packing your items now.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our facility and a tracking number has been emailed to you.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to you.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local carrier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been dropped off at your address or mailbox.

5. How do I track my package?

A tracking link will be emailed within 1 business day of shipment. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number
  • Emailing us at service@foreverstamps.live if you don’t receive tracking within 2 business days of shipment

6. What should I do when it arrives?

Inspect immediately: Please check your package right away. Verify the outer packaging is intact and the contents match your order.

Acceptance: By taking possession of the delivery (or if left in your mailbox / at your door by USPS), you confirm receipt in good condition.

Rejection: You may refuse delivery only if the package shows visible signs of severe damage, tampering, or you believe the contents are incorrect. To reject:

  • Do not open the package if you intend to reject it
  • Tell the carrier you are refusing delivery due to damage or suspected error
  • Contact us immediately at service@foreverstamps.live with your order number and photos of the package condition
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 5 business days

Note: Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping error (e.g., simply changed your mind) may be treated as a return. Original shipping fees paid will not be refunded in those cases.
