Returns & Refunds Policy

We get it — sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Here’s the clear, no-nonsense rundown on how to send it back and get your money back.

1. How long do I have?

30 days from the date you placed your order. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

2. What condition must the item be in?

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and in original, resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all included items, accessories, and tags intact
  • Not damaged by customer handling, installation, or trial use

3. Can I exchange it?

Exchanges are only available if the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product. Shoot us an email and we’ll make it right.

4. Partial-refund situations

We may issue a partial refund (typically deducting a 15% restocking fee) if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use, trial, or handling
  • Returned outside the 30-day window
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or parts

5. Refund timeline, path & method

  • We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, debit card, or store credit)
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method agreed upon by both parties
  • Banks typically post refunds within 3–5 business days after we process them
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued
  • Still missing it after 10 business days from approval? Check with your card issuer or bank first, then ping us

6. Who pays for return shipping?

You do. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, so pick the cheapest tracked option you’re comfortable with.

Orders over $75? Grab tracking or insurance — if the return package vanishes in transit, we can’t cover it.

7. How do I start?

Email service@foreverstamps.live with your order number and a quick note about the reason for return. We’ll reply with the return address and a prepaid label if the return is our fault (wrong or damaged item). Otherwise, you’ll print your own label and drop it at any carrier.
